Terms of Service
These terms apply when you browse Kitooo or place an order through this website. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Products, prices and availability
We aim to keep product descriptions, images, stock and prices accurate. Images may appear slightly different because of screens, packaging changes or manufacturer updates. An order may be declined or cancelled before dispatch if an item is unavailable, a clear pricing or listing error occurred, payment was not received, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected. If we cancel a paid order, the amount received will be refunded.
Order confirmation
An order acknowledgement confirms that we received your request; it does not guarantee dispatch. We may contact you to verify the order, address, payment or availability. The sale is confirmed when the order is accepted for fulfilment or dispatched.
Payment methods
- M-Pesa STK Push: enter the Safaricom number that should receive the payment prompt and approve the correct amount.
- Cash on Delivery: available where service coverage and order verification allow. We may confirm the order by phone or WhatsApp. High-value, remote or unconfirmed orders may require prepayment or a delivery deposit.
- Bank Transfer: contact Kitooo on WhatsApp +254795009097 for verified bank details, use the order number as the payment reference, and do not pay an account sent from another number. Dispatch begins after payment clears.
Customers must check the recipient and amount before approving any payment. Kitooo will not ask for a PIN, password or one-time security code.
Delivery and pickup
Delivery charges and estimated timelines are explained in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Store-pickup customers must wait for confirmation of the pickup location and ready time before travelling.
Returns and refunds
Returns, exclusions and refund processing are governed by our published 30-Day Returns Policy. That policy supplements applicable consumer rights.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with checkout or use content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
Privacy
Customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and used for purposes such as processing orders, payments, delivery, support, fraud prevention and legal compliance.
Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Kenyan law. To the extent permitted by law, Kitooo is not responsible for indirect loss caused by events outside its reasonable control.
