Shipping & Delivery
Kitooo delivers across Kenya using available courier and delivery partners. The delivery option and charge selected at checkout form part of your order.
Delivery options and charges
- Nairobi delivery: KSh250; free for qualifying orders of KSh2,000 or more.
- Outside Nairobi: KSh450; free for qualifying orders of KSh5,000 or more.
- Store pickup: Free. We will confirm the pickup location and ready time by WhatsApp or phone. Please wait for a ready-for-pickup message before travelling.
Estimated delivery times
- Nairobi: usually 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
- Outside Nairobi: usually 2–5 business days after order confirmation.
- Remote locations: may take longer depending on courier coverage and accessibility.
These are estimates rather than guaranteed deadlines. Sundays, public holidays, severe weather, courier disruptions, stock verification and unsuccessful customer contact may affect delivery time.
Order confirmation and tracking
We may contact you using the phone number supplied at checkout to confirm the order, delivery location or payment. Where tracking is available, the tracking details will be shared after dispatch.
Delivery responsibility
Please provide an accurate phone number, county, town and complete delivery address. Someone authorised should be available to receive the parcel. Check the parcel exterior before accepting it and report visible damage or an incorrect delivery promptly.
Failed delivery
If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, unreachable or supplied an incomplete address, a new delivery attempt and additional delivery charge may be required.
